1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jiji66," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to jiji66 and all entities operating the jiji66 platform at jiji66.app.
• "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the jiji66 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" means the jiji66 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account services accessible at jiji66.app.
• "Account" means a registered player account held with jiji66, identified by a unique username and password.
• "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's jiji66 Account.
• "Games" means all slot machines, live dealer tables, RNG table games, bingo, e-sabong, and other gaming products made available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentive granted by jiji66 to a Player subject to applicable terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager that must be placed before Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by jiji66 prior to processing certain transactions, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jiji66 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager or bet on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies applicable to specific games, promotions, or services on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jiji66 Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account with jiji66. This minimum age requirement is consistent with the legal gambling age in the Philippines as regulated under applicable PAGCOR licensing requirements. jiji66 does not knowingly permit individuals under 21 to access gambling services.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The jiji66 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is legal in your jurisdiction. jiji66 makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account with jiji66. Registering or maintaining multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates are subject to immediate closure without notice, and any balances therein may be forfeited.

3.4 Account Registration

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. jiji66 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided at any time.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jiji66 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your login information.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify jiji66 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• jiji66 will never ask for your password, withdrawal PIN, or OTP via email, SMS, or any outbound communication. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised it, unless and until jiji66 is notified of a security breach and has had a reasonable opportunity to act.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jiji66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiji66 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at its sole discretion with prior notice where reasonably practicable.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 per transaction. jiji66 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jiji66 bears no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. jiji66 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform for each payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, account verification status, and applicable transaction volumes. jiji66 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jiji66 is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All transactions are subject to monitoring in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. jiji66 may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities without prior notice to the Player concerned.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by jiji66 are subject to these Terms and Conditions and any specific terms applicable to the individual promotion, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your Account as non-withdrawable promotional balance until the applicable Wagering Requirement is fulfilled.
• Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• jiji66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled before its stated end date, jiji66 will use reasonable efforts to notify affected players.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, assigned, or sold between players.
• jiji66 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and require the return of any bonus funds if it determines that a bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or any applicable promotion terms.
• Players who participate in the jiji66 Loyalty Program earn points subject to the Loyalty Program's own terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All Games on the jiji66 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game display and jiji66's server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative.

• All RNG-based Games use independently certified random number generators. jiji66 does not manipulate or interfere with Game outcomes.
• Live dealer Games are operated by certified third-party studio providers, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Asia Gaming. Their respective studio rules and procedures apply to such Games.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG table Games are published in the game information panel within each game.
• jiji66 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed due to a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
• Winnings arising from a technical malfunction or error are not valid and shall not be paid out.

8 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on jiji66 covers a range of markets including but not limited to PBA, NBA, UFC, UEFA Champions League, European football leagues, boxing, and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market and the event proceeding as planned. jiji66 reserves the right to suspend or close a betting market at any time prior to the relevant event.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the continuation of the relevant event. Bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets. Applicable limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, jiji66's specific rules for the relevant sport shall govern the outcome of affected bets. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Wallet.
• Obvious pricing errors in odds are not valid and bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided or settled at the correct odds at jiji66's discretion.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiji66 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Registering multiple Accounts or assisting others to do so.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted by jiji66.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match fixing, or coordinated betting strategy designed to defraud jiji66.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction in breach of applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or while a deposit limit restriction is in effect that would be violated by the intended activity.
• Conducting charge-backs or payment reversals in bad faith after placing bets or claiming bonuses.

10 Responsible Gaming

jiji66 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools, which Players are encouraged to use:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications to alert them when a specified gaming session duration has been reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting jiji66 support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by jiji66

jiji66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspicion of fraudulent activity; suspicion of money laundering; provision of false registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or at the request of a regulatory authority.

11.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting jiji66 support via live chat in the account dashboard. Upon Account closure, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures, subject to KYC verification requirements.

11.3 Dormancy

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jiji66 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy to the Account. Withdrawable balances are preserved during dormancy review.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, profits, or winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or system outages;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Losses arising from the suspension, restriction, or closure of your Account in accordance with these Terms.

jiji66's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Wallet in the sixty (60) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiji66 Platform, including but not limited to the jiji66 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software, is the intellectual property of jiji66 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jiji66. Unauthorised use of jiji66's intellectual property may result in legal action.

14 Privacy and Data Protection

jiji66 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jiji66 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, jiji66 cannot guarantee absolute security and you use the Platform at your own risk.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact jiji66 support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jiji66 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

16 Amendments to Terms

jiji66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, jiji66 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the jiji66 Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
